A: Fibroblastdepot.com is an Official Seller of Plamere Premium Plasma Pen and Plaxpot Plasma Pen manufactured by GCS Korea., LTD and has a goal to bring 100% Authentic Plasma Pens, devices, and other products to every beautician across the US and Worldwide.

A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, JCB Discover, and all major credit cards in US currency.

A: Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order.

A: For USA domestic orders we offer USPS. Please be advised that Plamere Premium and Plaxpot devices are shipped by FREE Priority mail with signature confirmation without any exceptions.

A: Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and additional information regarding tracking your order.

A: We offer International shipping to most of the countries. You will be provided with confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note that international order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country).

Fibroblastdepot.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer.

A: The Plamere Premium and Plaxpot Plasma Pen devices are covered by a 12 month manufacturer warranty.

The warranty covers defects in materials. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accidents, impact or abuse.

A: Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, or think your Plamere Premium device is defective you may exchange it within 21 days of receiving the item. If it’s past 21 days, and your device is proven to be defective, we will go through the manufacturer warranty to exchange your device as long as it’s within 12 months of purchase.

A: To exchange an item, please email customer support at support@fibroblastdepot.com. We’ll need to know what is wrong with your device or product, whether it is damaged, non-functional, or has some other issue. We do not exchange products unless there is an issue with your purchase. We may ask for images of your proof of purchase, as well as images and descriptions of the defects or non-functions of your device. Please note that physical damages caused by mishandling are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Once we receive your supporting information, the exchange will be approved and an email on how to proceed will be sent. Shipping instructions and a possible expected timeline for your exchanged product will be emailed to you as well.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
